About the Founder

Harshal is the founder of Shreeyam Advisors. A Chartered Accountant and an IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets, he brings over 17 years of post-qualification experience across audit, corporate finance, taxation, risk, transactions and valuation.
He spent most of his career in senior finance roles across the energy and industrial sectors. He was at IRM Energy Limited, a city gas distribution company, for nearly nine years — as its Chief Financial Officer and one of a five-member core team — where he led the company's initial public offering and listing in 2023, managing the process end to end. Earlier, he held finance positions with Gujarat State Petronet Limited, ONGC Petro-additions Limited and Lanco Babandh Power Limited in India, and with Polyplex (Turkey) and Sumilon Eco Pet (Morocco) internationally.
He established Shreeyam Advisors to bring that experience to assurance, tax and advisory engagements for companies and promoters. Additionally, he help streamline processes for clients and automate dashboards and MIS based on their requirements.
